Shenandoah National Park Passport Cancellation Stamps

Shenandoah National Park has passport cancellation stamps at the Dickey Ridge Visitor Center near the north entrance at Front Royal and at the Harry F. Byrd Visitor Center at Big Meadows in the central section. Both are located along Skyline Drive, the 105-mile scenic road that runs the length of the park along the Blue Ridge crest.

A missing national park cancellation from Shenandoah is common because Skyline Drive has 75 overlooks and dozens of trailheads, and many visitors spend their time hiking to waterfalls or scenic viewpoints without stopping at either visitor center. If you entered at one of the middle entrances — Thornton Gap or Swift Run Gap — you may not have passed either visitor center location. Both centers close for winter, and Dickey Ridge is only open April through November.
