Return Policy

Great Ridge Design Co., organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America.

This Return Policy ("Policy") describes the return and refund terms that apply to your purchases from Great Ridge Design Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of Park Poster Studio (the "Service"). By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Park Poster Studio are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds.

Every item we sell is a digital good — a high-resolution, print-ready file generated from a design you assembled yourself in the studio. Digital files cannot be "returned" once they have been delivered, downloaded, or made available for download, and we therefore do not offer returns or refunds on any digital purchase under any circumstances.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Returns

  • Digital delivery is instant and irreversible. Once a file is downloaded or even made available to your account, it cannot be recalled, deleted, or "un-delivered."
  • The product is custom to you. You select the park, template, photo, colors, and copy. The output is unique to your session and cannot be resold, restocked, or reused.
  • You preview before you buy. The studio renders an accurate, full-resolution preview of every poster before any purchase, so the final downloaded file matches what you saw.

3. Scope

This Policy applies to all digital products offered through the Service, including but not limited to high-resolution PNG and JPG poster exports, unlocked design files, and any other downloadable assets associated with your design session.

The Service does not currently sell, ship, or fulfill any physical goods. Print fulfillment, framing, and shipping (if any) are handled separately by independent third parties (for example, our Etsy shop) under their own return policies, which are not governed by this Policy.

4. Defective or Non-Delivered Files

While all sales are final, we want every customer to receive the file they paid for. If a technical failure on our side prevents the file from being generated or delivered — for example, the download link never produces a file, the file is corrupted, or the file is empty — contact us within fourteen (14) days of purchase and we will, at our sole discretion, re-deliver the file or regenerate it. This is the sole remedy available for non-delivery, and it does not constitute a refund.

Disappointment with subjective design choices (color palette, font choice, layout, photo crop, stylization intensity, etc.) is not a defect. Those choices are made by you in the studio and reflected in the on-screen preview before purchase.

5. Chargebacks

Because every order is a custom-generated digital file that has already been delivered, we treat any chargeback or payment dispute initiated after a successful download as an unauthorized reversal of a fully fulfilled order. We will contest such chargebacks with the payment processor and may, at our discretion, restrict the associated account from future purchases.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Any change applies only to purchases made on or after that date.
